Charlie Sheen has branded claims made by porn star Christina Walsh that the actor was violent to her as completely false.
The ‘Two And A Half Men’ star has been accused by the
adult movie actress – who uses the name Capri Anderson for her X-Rated
films – of grabbing her by the throat and being abusive to her at the
Plaza Hotel in New York on the night of October 26.
But Yale Galanter insists the allegations are unfounded and is adamant
if she had a complaint against Charlie she should have made it to
police on the night.
In a statement, Galanter said: “Ms. Capri never made any allegation to
the police of any wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen on the
night of the incident and she had every opportunity to do so. She also
posted on her website that she was 'fine' and if you wanted to see more
of her, for a price, one could enter the website."
Christina has just given TV interviews detailing her version of events of that night.
She claims she was hired as an escort for the evening, but when they
went back to his hotel room after having dinner, he became aggressive
after drinking heavily and taking drugs.
She said one TV appearance: “I was sitting on the edge of a coffee
table, and he was serving us both drinks, and he was snorting
something. There was a little bit of romance, if you will. But then he
started throwing things. He threw a lamp. That was the first thing he
picked up. And he threw it across the room at me."
The X-rated actress also claimed Charlie “put his hands around” her
throat and although no criminal charges have been brought against him
she has filed a private lawsuit.
But Galanter insists Christina’s claims have no credibility and is adamant he and Charlie will fight any legal action.
The statement continued: "She has been to a number of law firms who
have refused her case because they doubt her credibility. A number of
news organisations have refused her story for the same reasons. If she
pursues legal action, we will defend this vigorously. These allegations
against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are a blatant attempt to
cash in on his celebrity."
