Sources told TMZ that both Tony and Eva want the terms of the prenuptial agreement to be enforced. The problem is that Eva's lawyer reportedly requested spousal support in her divorce claim, which may be inconsistent with the prenup. So Tony's lawyer filed separate divorce papers, which may help Tony enforce the terms of the prenup.
