The driving force behind change with any drug rehab should be the focus and goal of assisting more individuals get and remain sober.
Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center has maintained that focus and goal for the past twelve years, attempting to continually incorporate innovative treatment methods into its program to achieve even higher success rates. It has done so once again with the addition of two new key components: a new Clinical Director and a new treatment modality, acupuncture.
“Mountainside’s success is attributed to the forethought of its founders,” begins a spokesperson for Mountainside
Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center. “Our goal has always been to combine innovative, cutting-edge treatment modalities with evidence-based treatment modalities, creating a program that insures the most optimum recovery outcomes for our clients. In order to accomplish this, it is important that everyone on the Mountainside team share the same vision. Recently, we brought a new individual onto our team who does share the same vision - Fred Keane, a Licensed Master Social Worker, whose outstanding leadership and clinical practice experience will benefit Mountainside tremendously as he serves in the position of Clinical Director. Fred has also been instrumental in helping us implement our new acupuncture program that we have recently begun. Both of these newest changes will help us further our goal of assisting individuals in maintaining lifelong sobriety.”
Long an advocate of pioneering new treatment options, Mountainside’s focus continues to be assisting as many individuals as possible in maintaining lifelong sobriety through its unique, individualized approach to drug rehab.
Comprised of licensed and certified counselors and social workers as well as a Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Nurse, the team at Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center prides itself on being able to offer its clients a complete range of services, each of which address the unique needs of the individual. For clients who may have psychiatric issues and/or a dual diagnosis, Mountainside provides the services of a Psychiatrist who has specialization in addictions. As a result of their unique, innovative approaches to addiction treatment over the past 12 years, Mountainside has become the model for the addiction treatment field.
The program, along with its professional addiction treatment team, have earned national recognition and resulted in Mountainside being invited to Washington by the White House to meet with the White House Drug Czar, John P. Waters, for an in-depth meeting on what makes its program so successful. This recognition did not go unnoticed within the addiction treatment field and resulted in the adoption by many throughout the country of a more holistic approach to drug addiction treatment.
