Stock Market Closings for the Year 2010

Friday November 26, 2010 the US Stock Market will be closing early at 1:00pm (NYSE and NASDAQ).  Amex will cease trading at 1:00pm for those stocks that normally cease trading at 4:00pm and 1:15pm for stocks that normally cease at 4:15.

After the Thanksgiving holidays, only one date remains in which the markets are not open during normal operating hours.  This is December the 24th, which is when the Christmas holidays are observed.

Taking a quick peek ahead the start of 2011, the stock market will not make any special considerations for New Year's Day because it falls on a Saturday, when the market is closed for the weekend.
