Britney Spears was rumored to have had a sex tape with Adnan Ghalib, but people close to her say on Tuesday that the reports are false .
Ghalib, whom Spears dated during her breakdown, told Heat Magazine that he has a sex tape featuring Spears that he will sell it to the highest bidder.
"There is such a tape, but I won't discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries," he said. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further."
"I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney," Adnan added.
It was also claimed the 20 minute video tape shows Britney in nothing but a pink wig and consists of "a long session of kinky foreplay."
Spears and Ghalib dated for three months while she was in the middle of her breakdown. She was in the midst of custody battles and rehab.
Ghalib was said to have made the movie when he and Britney fled LA and headed to Mexico to escape the public eye.
