Technology today was a focal point of the 20th annual conference for SHRM-Atlanta, the Atlanta Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, held on Oct. 18-19. Shannon Russo, CEO of Kinetix, LLC, the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm for growth companies, served as moderator for "Innovation in Our Backyard — Georgia's Innovative HR Technologies."
Combined panel discussions were scheduled throughout the two-day conference. The programs under the Technology Track, which was new to the conference this year and sponsored by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), offered attendees the opportunity for valuable and insightful discussion regarding new tools and technologies. Russo led a panel of technology professionals in a focused discussion on the HR technology solutions and innovations available from companies in Georgia.

"Our panel showcased the impressive innovations being developed and implemented right here in Georgia.
