Jay-Z Announces Release Date for New "Blueprint 3" Album
Jay-Z announced that the release date for his upcoming album Blueprint 3 will be December 2, according to reports this week.
The upcoming Blueprint 3 album will be released in what is beginning to look like a monstrous month for hip-hop and its fans. 50 Cent will release his upcoming album Before I Self Destruct is coming out on December 9, and Kanye West's 808's & Heartbreak is reportedly slated for a December 16 release date.
Blueprint 3 is about 90% produced by West and will feature the single "Jockin' Jay-Z" and "Swagga Like Us," which features T.I., Lil' Wayne and West. The song is also featured on T.I.'s new album Paper Trail.
In addition to the original "Swagga Like Us," it has been reported that there will be a remix for the hit song, which will feature Jay-Z, Nas, Andre 3000 and Young Jeezy. This remix will be on Blueprint 3.
Blueprint 3, Jay-Z's 10th album, will be his final album under his Def Jam contract before he begins recording under the record label, Live Nation.
