A 27-year-old man died Sunday while attending a Chicago Bears game against the Philadelphia Eagles at Soldier Field in Chicago. The unidentified man fell from an upper level of the stadium around 5 p.m. He was taken to the Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 5:27 p.m.
Witnesses reported the man ran and jumped off a wall and landed on the roof of a room outside the stadium. The fire department used an aerial tower to get the man off of the building. Police are investigating the incident.
Last week, a toddler died at the Staples Center after a Los Angeles Lakers game. The 2-year-old boy fell to his death from a luxury suite.
