Alexander Nemiroff, a partner with Jackson Lewis LLP in Philadelphia, has been appointed to the board of directors for The Center for Rights and Interests of the Elderly (CARIE), a non-profit organization in Philadelphia dedicated to improving the quality of life for vulnerable older people.
“I am honored for the opportunity to serve on the CARIE board and look forward to advancing its important mission,” said Mr. Nemiroff. “There is much work to be done to ensure that the rights and interests of the elderly remain a priority within our community.”
As a partner at Jackson Lewis, Mr. Nemiroff represents companies in all areas of labor and employment law. He litigates a wide variety of cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including employment discrimination, technology law, wrongful discharge, wage and hour law, and other matters. He also has extensive experience in cases involving employment agreements, non-compete issues, trade secrets, and related matters.
Mr. Nemiroff is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and Brandeis University.
