Frank Gore Expected to miss remainder of Season

Running back for the San Francisco 49ers Frank Gore is scheduled to miss the remainder of the season.  This speculation comes from his Monday night injury when he suffered a broken hip.

Gore was hurt on San Francisco's first series. He tried to return to the field before going out for good in the second quarter of the Niners' 27-6 win. He carried five times for 52 yards.

Gore ends his season with 203 carries for 853 yards, both team highs, and three rushing touchdowns. He also has 46 catches for 452 receiving yards and two TD receptions.
