The founding member of The Bunker Law Group, PLLC, Benjamin Bunker, Esq., is an experienced business and litigation attorney. He performed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, UT, on an academic scholarship. After receiving his B.A. in International Politics, he then attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he received his J.D. While attending Loyola Law School, Mr. Bunker had the honor of serving as a staff member and then a Research Editor of the law school's prestigious Entertainment Law Review. Mr. Bunker also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marjorie S. Steinberg.
After law school, Mr. Bunker was admitted to practice in Nevada in 2006. He has practiced in numerous areas, including: business formation, business transactions, intellectual property,
business litigation, and numerous other areas. Mr. Bunker has also served as in-house counsel for several local, publicly traded e-commerce and internet advertising companies.
Mr. Bunker is a veteran trial attorney and has represented clients in both state and federal courts in Nevada. Mr. Bunker is licensed in the state of Nevada and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
