Big 12 College Football Schedule for Week 6

College football in the Big 12 begins Saturday as the 2008 season gets kicked into high gear in the conference.

The Big 12 sports six teams in the AP Top 25 rankings, four of which are in the top 10, including #1 Oklahoma Sooners, who take on the Baylor Bears at 12:30pm ET.

#4 Missouri Tigers, led by Heisman Trophy candidates Chase Daniel and Jeremy Maclin, will face a tough Nebraska team on the road at 9pm ET.

#5 Texas Longhorns will also face a tough road game as they face Colorado at 7pm ET. Colt McCoy leads UT as their star quarterback and leading rusher.

#7 Texas Tech Red Raiders will take their electrifying offense to Manhattan and face Kansas State at 3:30pm in one of the nation’s best quarterback battles between Tech’s Graham Harrell and K-State’s Josh Freeman. Michael Crabtree continues having a great season as the nation’s best wide receiver.
