Ben Stiller is to star in new movie 'While We're Young'.
The actor is set to team up with James Franco in the
Scott Rudin-produced film, with Greta Gerwig and Cate Blanchett also
being offered roles.
Although the script is being kept under tight security it is thought it
will feature Franco as a New York 20-something who, along with his
girlfriend, inspires an uptight documentarian (Stiller) and his wife to
loosen up, with hilarious consequences.
Gerwig is in line to play Franco's girlfriend, while Blanchett is being touted for the role of Stiller's wife.
While this movie will be a funny one, Stiller's last role showed a more
serious side to him as he took on the part of Roger Greenberg in
'Greenberg'.
He said of the role: "I think it's great to be able to do different
things. I've been looking for something that's like this, to find the
right script with great filmmakers. It doesn't come along that often."
