Former Priest Alberto Cutie Welcomes A Daughter

Alberto Cutie, the Roman Catholic priest who made headlines last year after admitting he had an affair with a woman who is now his wife, has welcomed a daughter. Cutie and his wife Ruhama welcomed baby Camila Victoria on Thursday.

"With thanksgiving to God, the giver of all life, my wife and I announce the birth of our beautiful baby daughter Camila Victoria Cutié. We also take this opportunity to thank our family, church community and friends for your love and support,” the Cuties said in a statement.

“There is great joy in being a Father, who is also a 'father.' We are truly blessed!” Alberto Cutie added.

Alberto left his Miami church after the scandal and wed Ruhama in June of last year. He is now an Episcopal priest.
