National League Playoff Schedule: Philadelphia Phillies Try to Wrap Up Series Against Milwaukee Brewers

After taking care of business at home the Philadelphia Phillies hit the road and will try to wrap up their best-of-five playoff series with the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday night. The Phillies used the arm of Cole Hamels in Game One to win 3-1 and then the bat of Shane Victorino in Game Two to win 5-2 and now have a 2-0 series lead over a Brewers team that now faces a must-win Game Three.

The Brewers will put their hopes on Dave Bush (9-10 4.18 ERA) who had a pair of no-decisions in his two games against the Phillies this year. After compiling a 5-9 record through July Bush put together a great August in which he went 4-0 but September proved much more frustrating as he started six games but only had one decision, a loss to the New York Mets.

Philadelphia will counter with Jamie Moyer (16-7 3.71 ERA) who continues to amaze in his 21^st year in the Majors. The lefty has won his last six decisions including a Sept. 11 victory over the Brewers. Since July the 45-year-old has gone 9-1 for the Phillies and he’ll look to push Philly into the NLCS with a win on Saturday.

First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.
