Bill Murray, the famous actor/comedian, said that he was devastated after the divorce of his wife of 11 years, Jennifer Butler Murray, according to reports Wednesday.
Murray and Butler Murray divorced in May. According to the divorce papers, she claimed that he abused her and that Murray had a marijuana and alcohol addiction.
Murray said that the divorce was a very low point in his life. "That was devastating," Murray said. "That was the worst thing that ever happened to me in my entire life."
The judge ruled that their four children will live with Butler Murray.
"I was just dead, just broken," he said of the situation. "When you're really in love with someone and this happens, I never had anything like this happen. It's like your faith in people is destroyed because the person you trusted the most you can no longer trust at allThe person you know isn't there anymore."
