Wesley Snipes recently submitted an appeal to start his three year prison
sentence after the holidays. Snipes was
charged for tax evasion. His reasoning
for pushing back his start day was to spend the holiday with his four minor
children. The judge denied this appeal
due to the fact that his original sentencing was over two years ago.
