"Welcome to 2010 RIM!" on"Pros: OS is a lot better than previous versions but still needs to drilled down more. Much better user experience and design. Touch-screen is ok, not great. Keyboard flexibility, pinch and zoom feature, able to connect to Wi-Fi with no problems.
Cons: Screen could be a little larger. Heavier than other phones. Not enough apps.
Summary: I have been using RIM products for at least 5 years and this is by far the best. I was tired of the scroll ball on the Curve. Damn thing kept falling out! It made me want to go back to a basic flip phone but when I saw this on sell at AT&T, I decided to give RIM one last try...he-he!
This is a vast improvement with the interface and OS. I played around with the Storm previously but it wasn't enough to make me switch to the touch-screen. I did not want an iPhone (iPad owner) and was not impressed with Android. Torch is good upgrade for existing Blackberry users. Other reviews complained of the slow response on the OS and internet but I think the recent upgrade fixed most of the issues. It hasn't been a problem for me so far. I'm not disappointed at all"
