Casey Anthony Could Face Murder Charges Soon for Missing Daughter Caylee
Casey Anthony will reportedly be charged with murder on Thursday in the case of her missing three-year old daughter Caylee Marie.
An Orange County grand jury is scheduled to meet next week in Orlando, starting Tuesday. Grand jurors will analyze the evidence to see if there is enough to charge Anthony with homicide and continue with the indictment.
Anthony, 22, is charged currently with child neglect, filing a false report to law enforcement about her daughter Caylee's disappearance and 13 counts of economic crimes. She said that she left her daughter in June with a baby sitter who has disappeared, but investigators don't believe her story. Anthony reported her daughter missing in July.
Investigators have said they found evidence of a dead body in the trunk of a family car used by the girl's mother.
Anthony spent several days after the disappearance forging the checks of friend Amy Huizenga. Anthony used Huizenga's checks to buy more than $400 worth of clothes and groceries at area Target and Winn-Dixie stores between July 8-12, days before she reported Caylee missing.
