MasterCard Incorporated (NYSE:MA) dropped 1.01% to $250.61. The company announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of shares of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock.

The cash dividend of $0.15 per share will be paid on February 9, 2011 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of January 10, 2011.   

The stock has average daily volume of 1.01 million shares. At current market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $32.80 billion.

IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:IL) declined 3.67% to $19.68. The company announced the pricing of a follow-on public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at $20 per share. The offering includes 2,000,000 shares offered by the Company and 8,000,000 shares offered by certain selling stockholders of IntraLinks.

IntraLinks intends to use the proceeds from the shares it is offering for debt repayment and other general corporate purposes.

The stock opened at $19.80 and is trading within the range of $19.35-$19.87. The stock added more than 51% year-to-date.

KEMET Corporation (NYSE:KEM) lost 2.04% to $13.93. The company announced a proposed secondary offering of 8.7 million shares of its common stock. The shares to be offered are subject to issuance upon exercise of a currently outstanding and exercisable warrant (Warrant) held by the selling securityholder, K Equity, LLC (K Equity), an affiliate of Platinum Equity Capital Partners II, L.P., a portion of which will be sold to and exercised by the underwriters in connection with their sale of the underlying shares.  

The stock has average daily volume of 426K shares.
