While 11% of the Florida workforce is out of a job during the Holiday season, one company, Deluvia Inc., is serving as recourse to a tough job market and a tight wallet. The cosmetic and skin care company located in Clearwater is giving back to the community during the season of giving by holding a warehouse sale on December 10th – 12th, allowing for the purchase of quality gifts at deeply discounted prices, as well as expanding their business to allow for new hires.
Deluvia’s products include a Dead Sea skin care line and a mineral make up line. All of their products are made with natural and organic ingredients in addition to minerals from the Dead Sea. Although the company imports much of their raw ingredients from Dead Sea, the products are manufactured locally at their headquarters in Clearwater, which contributes to the growth of the local job market. In the past three months, Deluvia Inc. has increased the amount of locations in which their products are sold, and has grown from 10 to 40 employees locally, with 30 more sales representatives throughout the country.
On December 10th – 12th, Deluvia Inc. will be holding a Warehouse Sale at their Clearwater offices and selling off overstock and liquidation products at 70% - 90% off, and current products for over 50% off the retail price, allowing consumers to help stretch the dollar during the Holiday Season by acquiring great Christmas and Chanukah gifts at low prices. Many items are priced between $1.00 and $5.00.
“We thought it would be nice to give back to the community and the customers with an annual warehouse event. It helps us move out our overstock and discontinued product, and makes room for our new organic line, but it also allows people to purchase quality products at a low price. It’s a win-win situation,” says Angie Chacon, CEO of Deluvia, Inc. “It reduces our product and allows customers to stock up.” Chacon intends to make this sale an annual event.
Chacon says the success of Deluvia Inc. stems from a desire to provide people with an effective product made from good ingredients at a reasonable price. “Skin products today are filled with too many chemicals. How refreshing is it to turn over the back of your face mask and see only one ingredient – mud from the Dead Sea?”
The sale will take place just behind Deluvia Inc. headquarters at 2034 Weaver Park Dr., Clearwater on Friday, December 10th, Saturday, December 11th and Sunday, December 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.
