Kent State University, one of the newest SuperCamp locations for 2011, has been named a Top 200 university in the world by The Times newspaper in London. The 2010-2011 World University Rankings consider only “the gold standard for world-class research institutions,” which places Kent State in the most distinct company.

Kent State was also recently was named in the first-tier list of Best National Universities in the 2011 US News Best Colleges report. Throughout its rich 100-year existence Kent State has proven to be a top academic destination for students around the globe.
The university will be hosting two Senior Forum academic camps during the 2011 summer. The first will be July 22-31 and the second will take place August 3-12.
These summer programs help students improve their grades, confidence, self-esteem and motivation by providing them with powerful learning and life skills that they can apply in all subject areas at school and in life through their specially crafted curriculum.
The results from SuperCamp have been documented in independent studies, including a doctoral thesis involving over 6,000 SuperCamp graduates. In this research, 73 percent of students reported attaining higher grades following SuperCamp. Over 80 percent of respondents indicated that they gained confidence and self-esteem because of SuperCamp.
Throughout the summer, SuperCamp holds summer enrichment camps at seven colleges across the U.S.
