Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria has revealed she was "touched" as she spent hours studying her wedding presents at an exhibition in Stockholm.
The princess - along with her husband Daniel Westling - looked in
wonder at the 2,000 gifts they received for their June 19 nuptials,
which are now on display at the Royal Palace.
Gifts included two football shirts - with their names emblazoned on the
back - as well as paintings, cards, handmade jewellery and paper crowns
made by schoolchildren.
As she looked at a display of needlework by fans, who had stitched
wedding messages into materials, the princess said: "Such incredible
work. What professionals! It's so touching to see all the work that's
been put into these."
The presents were given to the royal couple by members of the public
from Sweden and as far afield as Brazil, Australia, Japan and Guatemala.
Victoria - who married her former personal trainer Daniel at Stockholm
Cathedral - admitted the support from the public felt "fantastic".
Prince Daniel has previously revealed he couldn't believe how many people had turned out to share their big day.
He said: "It's wonderful, wonderful. Half a million people came out
into the streets to celebrate it with us, it's unbelievable."
The princess added: "It feels fantastic. We can hardly believe it's true."
