Dr. Jeffrey Bernstein is a licensed psychologist specializing in child, adolescent, couples and family therapy.  He received his doctorate in counseling psychology from State University of New York at Albany, where he received specialized graduate training in Child, Adolescent, and Family therapy.  Over the past 20 years Dr. Bernstein has maintained a private practice outside of Philadelphia, PA.
