A Burger King employee at one of the fast food chains restaurants in Detroit, Michigan, punched an old man in face so hard, that the 67-year-old died hours later after the vicious blow caused the elderly man to choke on his dentures. He was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.
"The victim fell to the floor," Detroit Police Sgt. Eren Stephens told The Detroit News.
Police have not yet revealed the name of the victim or the 20-year-old worker, who remains in police custody, or the reason for the fight Thursday afternoon.
A Police spokesperson said the victim was allegedly causing a scene in the restaurant and tried to hit the employee. The worker then swung back. An autopsy is underway to determine the exact cause of death.
