World Cup 2010 European Qualifier Group Four Schedule for Oct. 15
In what promises to be one of the most watched groups in action on Wednesday Group Four World Cup European qualifiers will be back on the field and with the top four sides facing off by the end of the day the picture could be clearer for whose heading to South Africa.
Russia is coming off a disappointing loss to Germany on Sunday and will look to bounce back against a Finland side that has beaten Azerbaijan and earned a draw against Germany. With both sides having played just two matches a victory could place either side in the thick of things.
Germany is currently atop the group with seven points but have little breathing room as Wales is right behind with six. Germany knocked off Russia 2-1 on Sunday while Wales handled Liechtenstein 2-0 on Sunday.
