Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) added 1% to $17.19. The company announced that the Company's Board of Directors has elected George A. Lorch, 68, who has served as an independent director since 2000, as non-executive Chairman of the Board, effective immediately.

The Board of Directors of Pfizer Inc. also declared a $0.20 first-quarter 2011 dividend on the Company's common stock, payable March 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2011. Pfizer increased the dividend by approximately 11%, to 20 cents from $0.18 per share.  

Sirius XM Radio Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) fell 1.36% to $1.38. Sirius XM Radio Inc. has two principal wholly owned subsidiaries, XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. and Satellite CD Radio Inc. The Company is engaged in broadcasting its music, sports, news, talk, entertainment, traffic and weather channels in the United States for a subscription fee through its satellite radio systems, the SIRIUS system and the XM system.

The stock opened at $1.40 and was trading within the range of $1.38-$1.40. The stock jumped more than 130% year-to-date.

CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS) dropped 1.39% to $17.80. The 52-week range of the stock is $12.26-$18.43.
