served as an independent director since 2000, as non-executive Chairman of the
Board, effective immediately.
The Board of Directors of Pfizer Inc. also declared a $0.20
first-quarter 2011 dividend on the Company's common stock, payable March 1,
2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2011.
Pfizer increased the dividend by approximately 11%, to 20 cents from $0.18 per
share.
