Lil Wayne reckons his first single since being released from prison will prove he is “better than everybody.”

The rapper said his track ‘6'7’ - from his forthcoming ‘Tha Carter IV’ album - will show his prowess as the rapper with the best wordplay, and that he has improved during his eight months in a New York prison on weapons charges, which saw him released in November.

Speaking of his new track, Wayne told Sirius satellite radio station Shade 45's morning show: “It's a monster, actually. Hopefully, it shows people where I'm at lyrically. Better than everybody.”

When asked if he feels his lyrics have been improved by jail, Wayne replied: “I would say so. I would say, yeah, because it don't matter where I went, I try to be better than my last project."

The new track has reportedly been produced by Bangladesh, who helmed another of Wayne’s tracks, ‘A Milli’, and will also reportedly feature Cory Gunz, who is signed to Wayne’s ‘Young Money’ record label.
