All passengers on board a plane heading to Kathmandu from Lamidanda died Wednesday when the aircraft crashed in a mountainous region of eastern Nepal. According to reports, the DeHavilland DHC-6 Twitter Otter plane was carrying 19 passengers and 3 crew members when it hit went down.
The cause of the crash remains unknown. Search teams found the plane debris Thursday morning. The crash site is located about 93 miles east of Kathmandu. No other details were available.
