Investigators Continue Search for Kidnapped Las Vegas 6-Year-Old Boy

Investigators are continuing to search for a 6-year-old Las Vegas boy believed to have been kidnapped due to a suspected drug dispute.

Cole Puffinburger was kidnapped on Wednesday after three men stormed his home, bound his mother and her boyfriend, ransacked the house and left with the boy. The men had been dressed as Las Vegas police officers to gain entry into the home.

Las Vegas Police Capt. Vincent Cannito announced at a news conference on Thursday that the case involved “significant money and drugs” but did not reveal if there had been any ransom demands made.

Cole Puffinburger has been described as 3-feet 11-inches and weighing 48 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, black sweat shirt with stars and tennis shoes.
