KATV Anchor Anne Pressly Found Severely Beaten in Home

Arkansas television anchor Anne Pressly, who has a small role in the new movie ‘W,’ was found with life-threatening injuries in her home after suffering a brutal beating.

Pressly’s mother found her in her bleeding in her bed around 4:30 a.m. Monday morning. Police say the 26-year-old has “severe injuries” that include stab wounds.

The morning anchor for KATV-TV in Little Rock is listed in critical condition at the St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center.

Authorities believe that Pressly may have been attacked in a robbery as her purse is missing. There are no suspects in the case.
