Pros:
The sound quality is amazing. The battery life is incredible. Like previous BlackBerry phones this phone has the right feel to it. Typing on the keyboard is very easy. The OS is stable. It syncs easily with Microsoft Calendar via Desktop Manager.
Cons:
Browser on OS 5.0 isn't as good as some smartphones, but OS 6.0 will soon be available and the browser supplied with it is subperb. The screen resolution isn't great, but that's more important for watching videos which I rarely do.

I've had this phone for almost a year now.You can't go wrong with this phone. It does everything a phone should do. If you're looking for a phone that helps you with your overall productivity this is the phone you want. I simply downloaded a Today Theme from App World and it shows my upcoming appointments and most recent email on the home screen. I added a 16 GB micro SD card to it. I haven't put more than a few GB on it but it's nice to know it's there. Unless you like watching many HD videos this is a great phone. "
