2. Engage with your audience
   Respond to direct communication by doing a private message. If you have a customer that has a problem or question, the best way to build a loyal following is to quickly answer that question as soon as possible. Sometimes you can't solve problems with just leaving 140 character message. So you may want to direct them to your blog and answer the question on a blog post and encouraging commenting on your blog.
3. Be unique and breakaway from the masses

Cons I can think of none, but I like Google and what they have done with the Android OS.

Summary Bottom-line: Read up on the device you want and learn how it handles smartphone abilities. I did research for a couple months before this device came out. I had an idea on what I'd need to install after I purchased it to get it to do the things I liked on my Blackberry. I've removed some apps and installed better ones and I use AppBrain to search and find good apps... as well as finding articles about good apps here on CNET.

It's an excellent alternative to the physical keyboard devices such as the G2 and MT3G Slide. I'm not a fan of physical keyboards after I converted from a BlackBerry to iPhone, then Galaxy S, and now MT4G...that kept me away from the G2, and I'm happy I waited. I'm just not a fan of Espresso - why not give us a more std SenseUI as on other HTC devices? The app icons on Espresso are too large and there's WAY too much white/empty space between shortcuts on the home screens.

I installed LauncherPro Plus, but for some reason it cannot access all the basic Android widgets like it could on my Vibrant. Not sure why that is, but if I could get a UI I like on the MT4G, then I'd be a happy camper. If T-Mob would do-away with the "My Touch" branding it would give this phone a much better consumer image; the branding simply isn't appealing to veteran smartphone users."
