Ethical Hacking Firm Offers Free Cyber Security Webinar

While the news is dominated with stories of cyber attacks, the race is on to provide better cyber security.

Today, Superior Solutions, Inc. announced it will host a free, live cyber security webinar to help raise the awareness of the importance of cyber security, securing critical network assets, and protecting Internet based resources.

The hour-long webinar is entitled, "What the Hack," and is scheduled for 11 p.m. CST Wednesday, December 22, 2010. It will be hosted by cyber security expert, Michael Gregg.  The webinar will cover cyber security foundations and look at the growing importance of IT security audits.  From the recent news of hackers striking back for Wikileaks, to the continued stories of the exposure of personal information, and the ongoing reports of identity theft, there’s a huge need to implement stronger, IT security controls.

When asked why companies should consider proactive controls and ethical hacking, Michael Gregg, COO of Superior Solutions, Inc. stated, “IT Security assessments are an important means by which organizations can protect themselves from cyber attacks and malicious hackers.  While Superior Solutions is focused on ethical hacking and providing our clients with the skills to be cyber security experts, we also assist companies that have suffered cyber attacks or have been hacked.”
