The queen's granddaughter, 20, turned heads as she was spotted on a night out with her cousin Prince Harry, 26, and sister Princess Beatrice, 22, earlier this week at new London nightclub, Public, owned by their pal Guy Pelly.
While Harry wrapped up in a gray jumper and jeans and Beatrice covered herself in a black coat, the pretty student chose knee-high boots and a super-short bright red skirt.
An onlooker told the Daily Mail: "It was a pretty daring outfit considering the freezing conditions. Her sister and cousin were a lot more sensible but Eugenie definitely turned heads."
The young royal's festive night out seemed to go smoothly after the last time they visited the nightspot earlier this month Beatrice had to be rescued by bodyguards after she was almost knocked over on the dance floor.
Security guards for the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were left terrified when a man jumped on her back as she mingled with friends at the nightclub's launch party - and almost wrestled him to the ground.
It later transpired that although the man was not known to the bodyguards, he was a pal of Beatrice's cousin Prince William - and known to the royal student herself.
A fellow guest said: "He was so drunk that he jumped on Bea and nearly knocked her to the floor.
"At first, the protection officer didn't know who he was and dragged him off and nearly floored him until Bea starting laughing and saying it was all right. Then, when she left, the drunk guy tried to grab her."
