The Company’s subsidiaries are engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sale and support of the products and systems and are subsidiaries of ESCO Technologies Holding Inc., a wholly owned direct subsidiary of ESCO. As of November 25, 2007, the Company completed the sale of the Filtertek businesses to Illinois Tool Works Inc. On August 10, 2007 ESCO acquired the assets and certain liabilities of Wintec, LLC (Wintec). August 2008, the Company acquired LDIC GmbH (LDIC).
