In the home audio market, the Company designs and markets Polk Audio and Definitive Technology loudspeakers. Its portfolio of vehicle security systems, remote start and global positioning system (GPS) tracking systems are sold under brands, including Viper, Clifford, Python, Astroflex and Autostart. Its mobile audio and video products include speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers and video screens sold under Polk, Orion, Precision Power, Directed and Automate brand names. It categorizes its products as security and entertainment and satellite radio products. On May 22, 2007, the Company acquired Trilogix Electronic Systems Inc. and its affiliates.
