Sandro Lo Piccolo is currently behind bars but has turned agony uncle to the followers he has left on the outside world.
In one intercepted note to a criminal associate, he wrote: "My dear friend, erotic adventures, as you like to call them, are a philosophy."
He then advised his friend on how best to please his lover, before adding: "I'm sorry you left her unsatisfied. They want something of steel."
Sandro - who was arrested three years ago - then offered to stand in and pleasure the woman himself, but it was unknown how he would do it from his cell.
