Jennifer Metcalfe wants to get a "skater's bum" while competing on 'Dancing on Ice'.
The 'Hollyoaks' actress is keen to tone up during the gruelling
rehearsals for the ice-skating show, because she has put on weight
recently.
The 27-year-old beauty - who plays Mercedes McQueen in the Channel 4
soap - said: "I’ve been incredibly busy with 'Hollyoaks’ so I haven’t
done half the amount of training the other girls have. They all say
they’ve lost weight but I’ve actually added a few pounds!
“I’m hoping that once the show gets under way and I am on the ice a lot
more I’ll start toning up. I can’t wait to get a skater’s bum.”
As well as the physical challenge Jennifer is also looking forward to doing something completely different from her day job.
She said: “I love working at 'Hollyoaks' but I can be Mercedes in my sleep.
“I joined 'Dancing On Ice' because I really wanted to push myself in an
area that is totally out of my comfort zone. I wanted that adrenaline
rush.”
