Abdul Gaddy, Solomon Hill and Mike Moser, all Arizona basketball recruits, have decommitted to UA on Monday after confirmation of Lute Olson's resignation.
According to reports on Monday, all three recruits for the Wildcats have re-opened their recruitments after the departure of Hall of Fame head basketball coach Lute Olson.
The Wildcats now have no players committed for the November signing period.
Gaddy, a 6-foot-3 point guard from Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA), is the second-ranked point guard (and No. 13th overall) in the Rivals150. Hill, a 6-foot-6 forward from Fairfax HS (Los Angeles), is the No. 3 small forward (28th overall). Moser, a 6-8 small forward from Grant HS (Portland, OR), is ranked 18th at his position and 83rd overall.
Moser was the first of the potential 2009 recruiting class to de-commit, then Hill, and now Gaddy, who made his announcement on Monday. Gaddy is now considering Pac-10 rivals, UCLA and hometown Washington.
The University of Arizona named assistant coach Russ Pennell as interim head coach, replacing the retired Olson, after associate head coach Mike Dunlap turned down an offer to replace Olson.
