Long Island police continue to search for missing school teacher Leah Walsh after she disappeared Monday while driving on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.
Walsh, 26, reportedly called her husband and told him she had a flat tire early Monday morning while she was on her way to school where she taught autistic children. William Walsh, Leah’s husband, said he drove out to where her car was but he found the car abandoned.
Her purse was found later in the day when police began a search of the area. By Tuesday a missing person report was issued by police.
