Kym Marsh has vowed to take better care of herself in 2011.

The 'Coronation Street' actress - who is expecting a child with fiance Jamie Lomas in the spring - is hoping to get more shut-eye and pamper herself, rather than putting others first, in the coming year.

She said: "My New Year's resolution is to take more care of myself. I always put other people first and end up feeling knackered, so I'm going to get more sleep and pamper myself.

"My mum has told me off for taking on too much so I'm going to learn to say no a lot more in 2011!"

The 34-year-old star - who has two children, David, 15, and 13-year-old Emily, from a previous relationship - explained her New Year's resolution has started early, as she avoided the 'Coronation Street' Christmas party so she could put her feet up and relax.

Kym said: "I didn't go to the 'Corrie' Christmas party because I'm pregnant and haven't been too well of late, so I need to take things easy."
