Exxon Mobile has posted yet another record profit as their latest quarterly numbers reflected a $14.83 billion profit, smashing the previous U.S. record set by the oil giant in the second quarter of this year.
Exxon has now brought in profits of $37.4 billion over the first nine months of the year and the most recent quarterly numbers mark a 58 percent increase in profits compared to the same period one year ago.
Those profits could have been even higher but the effects of hurricanes and the recent falling price of oil cut into their quarterly numbers.
