Bikini Teacher Tiffany Shepherd Appears on The Tyra Banks Show

Former Florida teacher Tiffany Shepherd appeared on The Tyra Banks Show this week. Shepherd talked about how she was fired from her teaching job with the St. Lucie County School District after it was discovered that she worked a second job as a bikini clad fishing mate on Smokin’ Em Charters.

“Take a look at these photos of Tiffany. She’s a high school biology teacher and she says she was fired after she took a second job as a bikini mate on a charter fishing boat,” Tyra Banks told her audience.

“Once it all came out, they (the school district) came back and said that they let me go because of unexcused absences, which was not true,” Shepherd told Banks.

Shepherd said her job with Smokin’ Em Charters only involved talking with customers and serving drinks – all while wearing a bikini.

Shepherd says she thinks a jealous co-worker told the school about her other job and many people began to pass rumors that she was posing on porn websites.

“I don't think it's the most gross thing for you to be on a boat with a bikini on, honestly I honestly don't. But i'm a little confused why the school thought it was so bad?" Banks asked.

"Well you know there were rumors that went around. People are mean. They want drama. So they tried to say that I was doing porn, had websites. All this stuff. All I was doing was going fishing," Shepherd explained.

Shepherd is attempting to get another teaching job.
