Gunman Holding 11 Fifth-Graders in Maine School Now in Custody

A gunman who was holding 11 fifth-graders hostage inside a classroom at their school in Stockton Springs, Maine has been taken into custody by police. None of the children held were injured.

According to police the gunman walked into the school early Friday morning and entered a classroom where the children were preparing for their school day.

The name of the gunman has not been released.
