Judy Murray, whose son is the Scottish professional tennis player, posted personal remarks about the 26-year-old prince on twitter from the VIP area of the tournament – and was told off by bouncers when she tried to get a photograph of him.
While supporting Scottish hopeful Gary Anderson at the semi-finals at Alexandra Palace in North London she tweeted: "Just got told off by no-neck security guard for taking pic of Harry. Ok ok, no way Harry's taking a pic of me then!
"HRH heading back to his seat at the darts. A bit blurred. And so's the photo." (sic)
Earlier Judy made comments about the clothes and appearance of the prince and his friends, who included England rugby star Will Greenwood.
She said: "Unbelievable. Prince Harry just came in to the VIP lounge. He's at the bar!
"The Power sitting just in front of us. Bad Shirt. Harry's with a crowd of his mates. V handsome. His mates aren't." (sic)
At the end of the night she posted: "Hahaha chance has gone! Harry's left and I'm on the bus back home. What a night!"
