Victoria Beckham has undergone therapy.
The fashion designer - whose 11-year-marriage to soccer player David Beckham has been marred by unsubstantiated claims of infidelity - trusts her spouse completely but feels she needs some help turning her anger into something positive.
When asked whether she has ever turned to therapy, she said: "Haven't most people at some time or other? I don't know if I'm balanced or deluded. I don't mean about David - him, I trust completely because we're both such talkers - but I'm quite spiritual. I'd rather turn anger into energy."
However, the 36-year-old star - who has sons Brooklyn,11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz with 35-year-old David - admitted she tries not to care about what people say about her, otherwise she would have been driven to suicide "years ago".
Victoria explained in an interview with Britain's Vogue magazine: "It's never nice when people write hurtful things and as much as I say I don't see it, I'm not stupid. But I've seen both sides of fame and I realise that it's brought me a lot of opportunities.
"I suppose if I really cared what people say I'd have topped myself years ago."
