Under the deal, Adventrx will issue the investors 8.2 million units, each consisting of one share, and one each of two classes of warrant.

The warrants convey the right to buy a combined total of 4.1 million shares. It plans to use proceeds to acquire or develop products and for general purposes.

Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE:ARO) dropped 2.80% to $24.61. Wells Fargo downgraded Aeropostale, Inc. from Market to Underperform with a $23-$25 valuation range.

The stock opened at $24.79 and is trading within the range of $24.60-$25.15.

The Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS) lost 1.30% to $20.43. Nomura Securities downgraded Gap, Inc. from Buy to Neutral.

The stock has a 52-week range of $16.62-$26.34. The stock has average daily volume of 8.58 million shares. At current market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $12.55 billion.

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE:DGX) declined 2.56% to $53.29. The stock opened at $54.13 and is trading within the range of $53.13-$54.33.

RBC Capital downgraded shares of Quest Diagnostics to a Sector Perform rating from their previous rating of Outperform. The firm`s current price target on the stock is $57.
