Grandmother of Barack Obama Dies on Eve of Presidential Election

The grandmother of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, Madelyn Dunham, has died after battling cancer. Dunham was 86.

Obama had recently visited his grandmother in Honolulu, Hawaii after it was made known that she would likely pass before the presidential election on Tuesday.
