Viverae Recognizes Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) with “Vanguard Health Elevation Award”

Viverae, a leading, national provider of customized health management solutions, has awarded its annual Vanguard Health Elevation Award to client Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) for its superior leadership in evolving their wellness program to promote health outcomes-based results. CHC was presented with the Viverae award trophy in early December.

Primary improvements were in increased activity and nutrition habits in addition to a dramatic risk reduction in LDL cholesterol and cardiac risk ratio. In addition, CHC wanted to understand overall employee health status through health assessments and biometric screenings and to get employees to participate at a meaningful level that would yield results.
